What can I say about these guys... firstly I will start with "I ordered the wrong size" I was in such a rush to order my tractech evo 4 bike boots that I accidentally ordered half a size too small. I didn't even get in touch I just followed the link to return the item.

From the moment I sent this parcel back to these guys they were in touch at all times keeping me in the loop and making sure they had my actual size in stock. The level of service I have received from the team has been above and beyond! They even sent a small packet of love heart sweets with the new order. Now I know there's a saying "never take sweets from strangers" but after the customer service I have received this time around... I'm taking the risk!

I’ve been using Get Geared for a while now to buy some motorcycle accessories and clothing. Firstly, there are definitely cheaper places to buy from, but those are the big resellers with warehouses and not smaller independent retailers. I do use them, as I can split the payment with Clearpay (I have a decent credit with them and GetGeared.co.uk) is only one of trustworthy motorcycle shop that isn’t motocross oriented. Overall, the gear they sell is obviously high quality and from the trusted, established manufacturers, so there’s no point writing about the purchases - it’s all good, and you should never try to go cheap when it comes to safety. I’ve never had any issues with GetGeared.co.uk and everything have been always delivered either next day or very promptly within two, three days.
Oh, if you’re unsure about sizing, give them a call or send an email. They’re rather helpful and honest about the discrepancies between the “Euro” sizing and the UK’s. They recommended going a size up in Alpinestars trousers but also were honest about the snug Rev’itt! gloves. Thank you.
Now, I’ve given five stars for service, having in mind that it’s an independent business. Like I said, sometimes you can find stuff cheaper elsewhere during sales, but at the same time, I bought my Merlin leather jacket for £40 less than it would be on sale at SBS or Infinity for example, so it’s not always the case. Same for Held gear. Give George at GetGeared a chance and support them.

Bought Kriega OS-32 and OS-22 panniers and I'm really pleased with them. I'd been dithering for ages hoping that the price might come down. ( silly boy! ) A well known company had, just, increased their prices for these items by £30 each. I did a search around and found the panniers at pre-increased prices on GG's website. I ordered them straight away but was worried that this price may not be honoured as the next day their prices had also risen. I'd no need to worry as GG have proven what a great company they are to deal with and how customer orientated they are. They even telephoned me to update me on delivery.
I would highly recommend them and will use them again.

Really disappointed by my experience. Leather Jacket was delivered in a very unsuitable package that had also been dropped in water so it was soaking wet when delivered (I suspect this was done by the carrier DPD). I notified GetGeared about my experience and they told me I needed to return the jacket in ‘as new’ condition. Pity they didn’t care how it was sent to me. Once I sourced a new more suitable box I returned the jacket and received a confirmation of receipt a few days later.
I’ve now finally received notification my refund is being processed exactly 14 days after they confirmed receipt and they have told me I now need to wait for my bank to process the refund, so more delays.
I’ve needed to contact getgeared on a number of occasions in relation to this purchase and on each occasion I’ve been given lots of excuses and I’ve never felt they are particularly bothered, there’re just happy to find an excuse for any issue.
Would recommend GetGeared - NO, Will I buy from them again - NO.

Quality product and cheaper than main rivals for a Steel Core strap.

checked the status of my order as I had not received it after a week, only to find that they had cancelled my order the day after the order with no correspondence at all. Although they took my money at the time of order.
Appalling service, happy to take your money but does not supply the goods. BEWARE

There was nothing on your website to suggest it was a promotion or even an invalid promotion. If it was an invalid promotion the the transaction should not have completed, it was a single product so how was it a promotion?
You need to work harder to improve your service and you shouldn't be selling items that do not exist at the price you are advertising.
